Hi everyone, this is Mudslinger I'm new here and after reading alot of your reports, this board looks like a decent place to stay and chat.I troll for Salmon and I love to troll for Walleye. Its been so windy and cold I haven't got out yet but I'm ready. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good motel to stay at by Linwood, I'm from the other side of the state and do not know where to stay where you can park your truck boat and trailer and feel safe from vandels. I will post my catches here as soon as I get out.I heard they are starting to get Salmon in Ludington but the fish are scattered. Good luck to all. Mudslinger

Welcome mudslinger! Not familiar with that area but I'm sure someone will be along shortly to help you out.

It might be worth a call to Frank's Great Outdoors to inquire about local motels. They are really nice people and might have some good info for you. If you haven't been to their store it's a must see when you get to Linwood. (989) 697-5341 or email info@franksgreatoutdoors.com
