Has anyone tried these Finnish attractors? Dave Mull spoke very highly of them in the new GLA magazine. The price certainly seems right at $12.80. Here is their website: VK Salmon

Tom , I havn't tried them but when we went to Wis. fishing browns with Dave and Josh and the rest of the Wis. guys in Dec. he spoke very highly of them on the ride over. Said they run at several different speeds and have a few different actions.

Dave asked me to help out a few days when the VK guys come over here this coming season for a week. They are going to check out the Lake Michigan salmon fishery and techniques. I'm sure I'll be bringing some VKs home from that excursion so I'll be sure to report on how they did when used by the inventors.

That sounds pretty cool, Jim! I think I am going to order some and give them a try.

Hi All,
I am also interested in the VK flasher, Ledgendary Products is also coming out with a new flasher called the roll troll. It was designed by th Ledgend Big John Emory who showed it to me last summer and all's I can say is this thing is adjustable and will draw a lot of attention this year.

Bob
Curt had a prototype of that Legendary Products Roll Troll last year. We didn't give it much water time since we didn't know what we were doing with it and it was tournament time. Not the time for much experimentation. Let us know how they work out for you and any specifics on how to get them to produce.

What colors are you going to sample first?

We've had good luck with white Spin Doctors the last couple of years, so I think I'll start with some White ones. They have some cool tape color combos:

Blue/Copper, Purple/Silver, Chartreuse/Green, Green crushed ice/Glow crushed ice

Those all look good to me.

I think I might get a couple of the Super Glow ones too: Blue/Chartreuse and Purple/Gold
