I moved the boat to Muskegon for the season this week. I went on a fish hunt Friday with two buddies in preperation for Saturday's charter. We found 8 fish and landed 6 of them. Two in the mud and the rest in 80-110' pretty much straight out. Total mixed bag on colors and depths. fish came from 80 down to a 3 color on top. Blueberry glow (19) took one, Wild Think in #33 took one, Michael Jackson (88) took one, Bloody Clown took one, and Drumfish (20) took one. The rest were on prototypes in blue/green, orange/gold and blue/chartruese. We finished with 2 lakers, two small kings and two steelies.

Saturday dawned clear and flat and wtih a crew of 5 aboard we headed out to 80 to start. We took a laker while setting lines on a high Slide Diver with a green/ yellow prototype. We worked the 100-110 fow for a while taking two nice kings and two good lakers, then working deeper towards 130 fow and taking two more lakers and a 14.5# king. Fish came on Mashed Bannana (11), Blueberry glow (19), and the rest were on prototypes ranging in color from green/ yellow,. orange/gold, greenish yellow, black/green. Fish were spread out top to bottom literally. We did take one laker on cow bells and a green spin n glow right on the bottom. Water temps on top were 46-49 both days in the water depths we were in.
