NEED HELP - FORCED TO WORK - STILL MAKE THE TRIP?

Ok, abit of an issue - we were supposed to travel over to Kenosha the weekend of the 30th of May, however, we have a new Vice President of Purchasing and I am being forced to work on the 31st, "Mandatory All Hands Meeting".

So we are now playing with the idea of making the trip the next weekend, the 6th. This spring has been cooler and it seems like waiting may be ok, but I want your guys take on it before we make the 300 mile trek.
