Left the dock at 10:30pm headed out to 10 or so fow
set lines. Started tight to the board 35 to 55 feet back
and nothing. Switched our program to longer leads 75 ft back #11 fire tiger rapala, took 4 and #11 clown rapala
took 5 at 90 back them were the only 2 lures we could get to work for some reason...
Beautiful night to be out on the water tho....

Left the dock at 6:45am headed out to the "hot spot". Trolled the same program from last night and nothing. Switched up to longer leads 85 to 135 and that seemed to be the ticket 1st fish was a beauty a 5lbr or so then quiet for a while. Switched up again and not too long and hit a pod of fish and had 3 on port side and 2
on starboard got all but 1 of the 5 (not bad for rusty rookies). Got our minds back together and reset lines
and washed lures for and hour or so and nothing. Pulled lines and headed in.But what a weekend tho couldnt ask for a better one and fish to boot......

Oh by the way we had plenty of pictures of the trip,
but ask my buddy why he kicked it off the dock, its now at the bottom of our marina..........Dumb@*^@

Way to go Tony - might have to plan a Walleye smackdown for Sag Bay in addition to Erie.

If there is a smackdown on Sag Bay the Verdict II will be there since she is slipped in Bay City. It will finally give me a reason to head up there and see how the old girl trolls for walleye.
