I Clarked a ride on a friends boat yesterday afternoon. We launched at Sterling Park and were fishing the 15-17' water inside the bay pulling spoons behind mini-divers 40' back. We had to weed through a bunch of silver bass, probably 40-45, to get to our limit of walleye. Set lines around 1:30 and by 5:00, we were looking to cull a few of the smaller fish from the livewell. Pulled lines at 6:00 to head home.

Starting to see more 10-12" walleyes now. These are the fish that will be legal in a couple seasons, so release them carefully.

Oh, my buddies wife makes a great Walleye Cheek Cracker Dip. Thanks JoAnn! We need the recipe.
