Nice meeting you Spoonman! I've told Mike that I've fished a couple of times with a guy alongside me, near the humps who had Spoonman written on his boat. We had a good fishfry on Saturday! I think I donated earlier in the season some fish to Mike and the fry and then gave up all of the fish caught in the tournament to the out of towners also! They went home with a bundle! I know from Mike that you been getting some too!!! It doesn't get any better!!!! Cantgetenough fish fries!!!!

Our freezer doesn't have as much walleye in it as yours (although no shortage of salmon in there), Steve, but it is looking pretty good after this weekend. Thanks for letting us take the whole catch home!! I guarantee that we'll be enjoying it early and often!

Now plan on getting your butt over here so sometime soon, so that your freezer has a bunch of salmon in it too.

Tom

Those fish I brought were from various catches this year. Roamer, cantgetenough, & BFG all kicked in fish. Others brought fish as well.

Steve, you better take Tom up on his offer. EO is an awesome fishing machine and the Captains/Crew rock!

Tom - You guys were an absolute delight!!! I loved helping share this Monroe fishery with you. I will have to come sometime and I'll bring some more fresh walleye!!! Come visit us as often as you like!! Thank you too. I don't think I'll miss any walleye smackdowns either.

It was nice to put a face along with the names I see on EA. Sorry I missed the tournament in the morning but you can count me in next year for sure. I only have a few packages in the freezer myself. I give most of my fish away to friends and family and only keep fresh to eat. This year has been tremendous with the 2003 year class averaging 3-4 lbs, it's been easy to fill the coooler. I think I might have to buy a bigger cooler. Again it was nice to meet you all and I look forward to being out on the lake and seeing you out there.

Spoonman, you DEFINATLY need a bigger cooler. You're supposed to put some ice in there too.

Mike, I'm heading out on Thursday with a few guys from work. Have you heard anything if the fish are still at the same spot after these storms? My buddy (Delta Gold)is heading out tomorrow morning and I'll have a report from him.I hope these storms haven't screwed up the fish. I checked the satellite photos and the water looks stirred up all the way Cedar Point!

Hi Bob,

I have a buddy (Loud Ricky) who is supposed to be out tonight (Tuesday) and another Buddy (Katydid) Keith who is going out on Charters from Toledo Beach on Wednesday. I will make sure Mike gets those reports along with any others he may have for you. Does Mike have your number or does Clark?

BFG & I (& maybe Roamer if I can twist his arm) are shooting for Thursday afternoon/evening. Probably leave the docks around 4.

I heard a report from reliable source on Sunday that there were many fish in closer than where we were this weekend. We saw a bunch of marks in close on sonar on the way out both mornings this weekend. Maybe we should have stoped to check on them, but we had a pretty good idea where we wanted to fish. We got ours, my source got his (quicker too, I might add). I guess the message here is trust your FF.

Mike,

Give me a call on Thursday. I'm planning on get out on the water around 4 as well. I'll post or I'll have Delta Gold post on how he does tomorrow morning. I'm sure we'll find them, my only concern is if the water gets too dirty.

Steve,

I'll shoot you a message with my cell number.
