Met friends from PA at Sterling in the morning. Had a nice breakfast with them and then we headed out for a day of fishing. We went out into the bay in 24 fow. We ended up with 11 keepers and 10 undersized eyes. Many white perch and 2 sheephead. Nice day on the water with friends. They had gotten 10 there the day before.

We used BB and crawler harnesses trolling about 1.8 mph and were running them just off bottom. I think we saw one or two other boats the whole morning.

Nice work! Had to be a bit bumpy out there, as the flags were pretty straight out from the E/NE yesterday here at work.

Actually it was very nice with about a 1 ft chop. We were able to troll into the wind as well as with the wind. It did pick up some a little before the rain hit but we were done by then. Close to a perfect day on the water. The only thing that would have made it better was to have had a couple of ICE cold adult beverages and some of my homemade venison hotsticks. We had those back at camp so I could not have asked for a better day other than to have my better half with me but she was canning peaches and tomatoes. She'll go next time.

I just noticed you said yesterday at work, it was the 18th (Monday) that we went.
