anyone out there try this powder successfully? bought some, too many unanswered questions, sure they glow, 3 coats doesn't produce 12-14 hours of glow,powder is too thick, not even,
doesn't dissolve is a problem
stripped a lyman all the way to wood, polycrilic base coat, nail polish and powder mix, also tried urethane and powder, runs badly, top coat of acrylic enamel as instructed
goes on like pizza toppings
