Found this neat little chart that was compiled by a biologist named Travis Hartman who works for the Ohio DNR. He compiled the data by examining the otoliths from inside the heads of the fish. Pretty neat.

Nice way to figure out just how old our tasty little friends are for their size.

Some of those big whoppers are 15-20 years old.
