Does anyone fish white lake for walleyes. Is there a certain color that works. I fished saginaw bay for years and the last 5 years I slipped my boat on the westside for salmon. With gas prices I thought I would try white lake instead of pulling and bringing the boat back and forth.

I've heard they're in there somewhere. I was just out to Union Lake, which has a very deep stretch, over 100' deep, lake testing my new starcraft fishmaster. I was marking fish at 45-70 feet down like crazy.

I agree it's pretty far to Brest Bay or Saginaw Bay. Saginaw is especially bad with the bridge closed going north.
