The biggest ones I have seen are at the Outdoorsmen in Jenison. Try calling them at 616 457-3630. Not sure if they are 3" or not, but they are big and colorful.
Not sure, but Captain Gary's may have them too.

I bought the large sized ones that we have from Grayson at Outdoorsmen - they are the 2" ones (just measured them) which are the largest I've seen.

Ljambeck,
Here is a phone number for a place that I know has the biggest darn spin n glo's I',ve ever seen. If I recall correctly, you can get them up to six inches. This is the place that I bought all my tackle from when I lived in Alaska and was rigging for halibut and BIG kings.

They are located in Anchorage. I am pretty sure that you can call them and order what you want with a C/C and they will ship. Give them a try.
Good luck
