While flipping through a recent fishing mag, I noticed an advertisement for a "new" jointed Wally-Diver from Cotton Cordell. Anyone running these on the big pond yet?? Sure does look like a walleye-catcher to me. I would also think that this lure would fare well for pier fisherman as a cast-retrieve lure at night. Have to think the signature created by the broad lip and then whipping tail would call fish in from a distance.

I've had decent success with the standard Wally-Diver in gold/black in mid-summer when the mayflies get thick, running it on a flatline up high in the water column later in the day.

Post up if you've tried 'em out. I'll be looking to pick up a couple very soon.

I saw that, and I too thought it may be a fishy looking bait!

Here they are...

Look good to me...but these might be older color patterns. 6' depth on the cast, 11' on the troll.
