Ok i have been fishing for pan fish,bass,cats ect for over 20 years but am just now getting into river fishing for walleye,steelies ect. was hopeing for any hints tips that i can get. The huys i go with are not bad by any means they get fish more often then not but i would love any extra edge i can get. so bait tips line setups, lures,jigs any help would be great.

What river are you fishing? I know the St. Clair very very well but I fish that river different then other rivers.

St. Joe river Niles,Buchanan area (lower mich on In. boarder
