The monthly meeting of Salmon Unlimited Illinois will be held on tuesday 1/08/2008 at 7:30 pm in the Park Ridge VFW Hall. The VFW hall is located at the corner of Canfield and Higgins less than 1 mile east of Cumberland and Hooters.

The annual Swap meet is right around the corner now and is coming up on Saturday March 1, 2008. Our Swap meet is probably the biggest garage sale for fishermen in the western hemisphere. It should be on your must list of places to go in the off season. Lots of new and used fishing equipment at great prices and a chance to say hello to a lot of friends you know from the lake. If you want to have a table at the swap meet to sell from, you can reserve a table at the January monthly meeting. The deadline for reservations is 2/9/2008. $25 per table for SU paid up members and $40 for non-members. The Swap meet will be held at St. Viators Church Gymn at 3644 Kedvale in Chicago (easy exit from the Kennedy at Addison).

Don't forget to bring your dues money for 2008 to the meeting if you haven't already mailed it in.

Some of the meeting will be allocated to finalizing details for our 2008 tournaments.

Refreshments will be available and a tackle raffle will be held.

The meeting is open to the public. Come and meet some people who talk fish.
