Try McCormicks Beer Batter mix. You'll throw Drakes out. Stays crunchy for a long time and has a great flavor! This mix is found in almost all grocery stores near the meat counter or in the flour aisle. Just a thought. Myself personally...I sautte walleye in a little butter and garlic with Morel mushrooms! TASTY!
