Looks like it was a good day one the water.Good weather, good friends, and fishing always make for a good day. Sorry to hear about the tackle loss. That stinks. Nice pictures. Keep up the great work.

From the size of the alewives we pulled out of those fish I'm really surprised that regular spoons outfished mags so badly and that plugs were a no-go. The only mag spoon to go was Black Nancy on a full core. That was funny about the Ridgeback. We were just talking about how the action had died after losing the RR in the net. No sooner did another one touch the water when ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Keith's Mirage 4K fly got smashed!

really happy to see a smelt in the gut of a King - just proof that a predator will change it's diet based on what's a vailable to it.
