Went out of linwood for the first time ever on Friday. Didn't kill myself to get there too early, from the sounds of things there was no need to be there @ first light. Had a great crew for the day, couple of buddies and there dad, who has spent a lot of time out there. Just starting my walleye career he was a lot of help to me figuring out what works. We ran a lot of meat, orange & yellow blades. Off the planer 125' worked well. Also ran deep divers with a harness behind it, anywheres from 75-115' back, this also worked well to my surprise. Started out around the plug with only a few taken, kind of slow so we moved in closer where the pack of boat were. 20fow and we had great action, speed was all over the map 1.7-2.5, everywhere inbetween worked. Fridays tally 15 in the box, with several others thrown back along with a few sheepshead.

Saturday.
New crew of guys. Went straight out of linwood and set up where we were catching them on Friday. Seemed the pack of boats was further out then we were. Picked away at them for a while. Today it was the fishlander blades that did it for me with meat behind. Blueberry muffin blade, firetiger/perch blade, even threw a spoon (blueberry muffin) out on some lead tipped with a crawler and that produced. Hot ticket again seemed to be the deep diver with harness trailing. Slowed down, so we picked up and went out to the plug. Sat down, and immediately picked up a few more. Nice fat one 19", had a 21" also but real skinny, the 19 was bigger. Took home 8, threw back up to a dozen, and one sheepshead too.
