Aside from heavy tackle what does it take to get on the water for muskie fishing. Specifically where is a good place to launch where you can fish relatively close to the launch. What I am interested in is fishing for Muskie from a smaller aluminum boat, with a small motor, thus I do not want to have to travel real far from the launch. Anybody with Muskie experience let me know your thoughts whether it is St. Clair or another body of water not too far from Oakland County.
