If you allow your line to slip through the line guide and onto the spool and crank it a few times how do you realign the line coming off the spool with the guide so the line is coming off the spool in the same direction as the guide is traveling?

When re-spooling a reel how do you keep the line from accumulating at one end kind of forming a sideways pyramid?

These seem like such simple problems to solve but I haven't be able to come up with a solution yet just frustration.
