Where to have rocket launcher built

I'm thinking about having a rocket launcher built, something similar to the factory Tiara 3000 Open's. It will have several bent sections. Does anyone have any recommendations on who to talk to besides Towers Unlimited or Atlantic Towers? I'm in west Michigan and would probably need someone local.

Look back a few posts, I posted "Ideas for a rocket launcher". I ended up contacting a few people and went with Chris McGreavy (616) 638 5388. He seemed easy to work with. The rocket launcher is a work in progress, so I will let you know how it turns out.
