I looked this up and I must say I'm very skeptical. First the claim that the hydrogen that the system adds increases the power. This is thermally speaking a load of crap. Hydrogen doesn't add very much heat it only puts out -286kj/mol of heat when burning and octane gives off -5508kj/mol. Plus the thermal efficiency of the engine doesn't change so even if there is a little more heat in the engine there won't be a large gain in efficiency. The second claim that the oxygen increases the octane value is not true. The oxygen may help the fuel burn cleaner but the octane value doesn't have anything to do with the measurement of oxygen in the fuel mix. Plus higher octane fuel in a vehicle not designed for it will more then likely lower your gas mileage.

Isn't it fun to have 3 years of Chemical Engineering degree done.
