Fished the same area as we have been in MI waters. Loaded up the boat with 6 guys and it payed off. Ended up keeping our 6 man limit of 30 eyes by around 1:00. 70% of the fish came on blades. The remainder came on purple hair jigs.

With the forecast we have, the next few weekends should be awesome. Hope to fish both days next weekend, one in OH and one in MI if possilbe. May bust out the trolling sutff also in search of bigger fish.

wow, that is fantastic. strong showing!
hope fishing is that good for the smackdown. i will have 6 on board and hope to load also. 30 eyes would look pretty sweet!

I dont think we will have a problem getting out fish during the smackdown...

Sure if fun catching those aggresive little jacks this time of year...nothing better than rippin blade baits...

nothing better than playing catch and release with walleyes cause the coolers full ! ! ! !
