Fished in the pack of boats NE and N of WS. Hit the water early and it didnt pay off for the most part. Didnt box a walleye for the first 30 mins or so. After that we did ok. Some doubles, but alot of singles. Lost around 8 fish or so today, and of course we had to lose the last 2 fish 3 times! Tooks us around 4 hours to get our 36. 6:30 until 10:30.

Had a buddy out in the same area, and he said it was super slow compared to yesterday in the same location. Water is starting to get toooooo clean.

Were you trolling? Were floating weeds a problem?

Yupper trolling. No weeds, but the knats sucked.

Other then in the spring, I almost exclusivly troll. Even if drifters are getting them I think you can do better trolling - just troll what they are casting!

colors did not seem to matter...had no spoons that stood out compared to any other....

the dreamweavers spoons are still holding their own against the stingers pretty well...pink skittles and the purple one has been putting fish in the box pretty consistant this year and the paint is holding up great...
