Just a reminder that next Saturday (March 29) is the Tournament Trail 2008 Kick-Off Banquet at the Ramada Inn in Ludington, MI.

I just spoke to Fred MacDonald this morning and he told me that there were only 50 tickets left, so if you are interested in attending, make sure you call him or order your tickets online ASAP.

This will be a great time - Capt. Denny Blue will be running a free C.O.P. (Certified Observer Program); there will be a 2 hr. Tournament Tips seminar with some of the top tournament pro teams like Best Chance Too, Thunderduck, Sea Flea, Reel Action and KC-1; a GL2S presentation, and a great dinner...oh yeah...and plenty of fun, conversation, drinks, and raffles.

Click Here for Banquet Info and Tickets or call Fred at: 231-645-8366

Just wanted to add a note that rooms at the Ramada in are $53.00 plus tax. They have a great Hot tub and are pet friendly, so Toebe can go. Looking for some fun after six tough weeks. it will be wort it just to see everyone.

What a great way to kick off the '08 season. Good food, insightful message(s) and getting to see old friends!! A great turn out too!! Greg you and Tom did a super job on bringing everyone up to speed on GL2S and the future of Salmon Tournament fishing on the great lakes.........nice!

The only thing better would have been if we could have fished on Sunday.......maybe next year.

Again, thanks for all your hard work, sweat and bringing together GL2S.

I thought the event went well also. Good to see old faces and meet a few new ones. I couldnt make it last year, but this year sure seemed nice. Good way to keep everyone informed and get everyone fired up. Way to go crew.
