Red Rider's Salmon Dip Modified

After a very LONG week at work, I needed to do something fishing related even though I did not make it to the boat this weekend. After watching the Lions get beaten by the Packers I decided it was time to make a batch of Red Rider's famous salmon dip with a couple modifications (subtract onions and garnish with capers when served).

Here is what I started with:



After following the recipe but for the onions and chives, my results look pretty good.



Now I'm going to get out some capers and my favorite table wawater crackers and gorge myself!
