Yep, In my case it was Dad's fault too. The whole thing started early and just got more important as life got more stressful. It is also something we have passed on to our children and grandchildren..... Judy
We lived on the St. Joe River growing up. My younger brother and I would get up at 6:00 am (before school) and run down to the river with our purple worms. Anytime we caught a big bass or a large pike, 42” one time, we would put it in the bathtub until pops returned home from work. Thank god he returned before mom. Those were the good old days.

My husband to be got my hooked on fishing back in highschool, he is a big fishing nut so in order to spend time with him I started tagging along. Nine years later, I love tightlining for big flat head and channel cats, trolling for Lake Erie Walleye, and bass fihing in many of the small ponds around the area. Niether of us had much experiance Salmon fishing but we would love to give it a try some time.

Last year I got my Dad and a friend of his and my sister out salmon fishing for the first time. While standing there exhausted and arms hurting, one of them said, that is nothing like pulling in a perch or walleye, salmon FIGHT back!
Glad to have you aboard.
