some more carburated two stokes have been droped from the johnson eveinrude line up the 4hp 6 hp and 8 hp are no more for 2006 then it junps from 15 hp to 90 . the good old 50 and 70 are gone probably for good in a couple more years they all will be gone for good . all that will be left is direct injected two stoke and four stroke
Suzuki no longer makes any models at all of the old two strokes .
Honda has never built a two stroke outboard motor their outboard line has been only four stroke since 1974

Great--now they need to outlaw 2-strokes completely in snow machines, so that the rangers who work the east gate of Yellowstone don't get emphysema from inhaling all the blue air from idling machines waiting to get into the park from Cody Wy. I've been told that one old 2-stroke emits more pollution on a visit to the park than ALL the cars in a whole summer!!
