As usual, I don't know when I'll be ready to go in.

Chuck and I went down last Sunday on a discovery mission. I wanted to start the engines, but I discovered that I didn't have enough hose to reach the water supply. But that was ok because the marina mechanic didn't reconnect the starboard alternator after he rebuilt it. I could do it, but the insurance company has already paid for it, so why should I?

We also discovered (as I suspected) that they did NOT replace the cartridges in the fuel filter cannisters, even after I pointed them out to the supervisor. They gave me new cartridges (that insurance paid for) and I put them in myself.

Gotta go back to work.
