Formalizing this agreement is long overdue. Hopefully all the governments involved will take the additional step of signing this decision into law. Steps like this will protect our awesome resource.

for all practicle purposes it appears this is a good thing. hopefully there isnt some hidden crap we dont know about. We need to keep the great lakes great. This should be a step in the right direction.
