The blueberry glow would be on a deep diver or a core 13-20 colors. The watermolon frost glow would be on a high diver or short core from 10-2 colors, but first choice on a consistant basis would be the roughy pretty much anywhere in the water column. It shines on a Black diver 55' back, and also on riggers and also on cores from top to bottom. Some of its better core cleanups have been on an 8 color. Divers relatively short, and riggers all over the place. Just a very versitile spoon.

My 3 spoon choice would be. 1. Mag Raider Xtra glow Blue Tail on a 2 color swr. 2. Mag Bloody Puke on the second swr. 3. Mag. Bloody Nose on the board core be it a 2-3-5-10. Those 3 produced all year.. The only hot fly-flasher was a white plastic coyote with silver tape on one side and gold fish scale on the other towing a double LBB fly behind a dypsy.

Fuzzy Bear Bluetail magnum on 1 swr.Ultra Glo Orange Easter Egg magnum fishlander on other SWR.Third would have to be a tossup between green glo J or Fishlander magnum sledgehammer either on 5 or 7 colors.

yeah, the northport site has not been updated for a year or two. hopefully Greg can take care of that soon enough. Clark, if you want a better pic I can get it for ya, but otherwise greg posted a pretty fair representation of it there. And that is hanging out of a 23#ers mouth
And I might add that is one handsome devil in the background!!!

Thanks Greg and Paul. As I stood in front of a display at Novi the other day looking at the Northport spoons, none were labeled Orange Roughy, and after seeing that pic, I am quite sure they did not have any at the show.
I thought to myself....dang...if I only had Paul's number, I could walk outta here with a good deal on 10 Northports....
Ahhh well....

Moonshine Glow Perch doesn't matter where i put it or what time of day it kills fish. I have one with half the paint off and it is still the best bait in the box.

Welcome aboard AZangler! If you go to the EA Issues - March 2007 (right hand column of this page), there is an article by Salmonhead about fishing lead cores. If you still have questions, post up (follow the link at the bottom of the article). Someone will be glad to help clarify it for you.
