Has any one bought any mason core lately.I just got my spring shipment and it doesnt look right. It looks almost like there was extreme heat or some issue like that. There is rubber looking pieces stuck to the sheath in places and comparing to a few colors that were left from last year it doesnt look right.Does any one have contact info for Mason?

Heck ya I would have blessed it for you Coz! Let me know if they dont take care of you and I'll stop in and have a chat with them Just kidding, I've used their core and wire for years and havent had any issues with either. I'm pretty sure they will get you taken care of in the event that yours is somehow defective.

Yes Tom, it's Otisville.... lol
Not as fruitastic as Fruitport but it does have a certain backwood charm does it not?

I talked with Annette at Mason today and they said send the stuff back and it would be replaced.I cant tell you how it was a change to talk with some one who realizes or understands that on occasion bad product gets into the hands of a customer and works with a customer to take care of the issue,I wonder if they would put on a clinic for the people the people who made the tonnoue cover for my truck. Thanks for the contact info Tom.

Hi Al
We are practically neighbors. I seem to recall that Columbiaville has a bowling alley, which everybody knows is the standard by which a small town is declared to have made it big.

Hey Coz, That wouldn't happen to be a Truxedo cover would it? I've had mine replaced 4 times. If so drop me a line, maybe I can help you out with yours.

T.H.

Treblehooked,it is a hard tonnue from Ranch products.I would highly advise not purchasing their products.I told my freind of 20+ years to get me a cover just like the one you got me last time.Last one was an A.R.E. Now it has turned into a real bad deal.Any one else bought one with holes in the corners?
