Make sure you take a look at Kell Pro Tracs before making your purchase. Kell Outdoors makes the Depth Raider, arguably the best downrigger speed and temp unit on the market. Unlike other track systems the Pro Tracs are tightened down from the side, making it impossible to scuff the surface of the track by tightening down your rodholders. They also feature a non-skid surface that is machined into the aluminum, making it unnecessary to buy rubber inserts as with other brands. I have them on my boat. They look great and make reconfiguring a snap. Most importantly they are bulletproof. Kell Outdoors makes bases to fit any rigger or rodholder bolt pattern.
