got my good/bad news call today.while tweaking my latest repair my third distributer pooped out with another broken pin.looks like i have a terminal case of a bad distributer gear and another cam with rounded lobes.another long block from jasper will arrive soon,and if all goes well should be installed 2end or third week of sept. for break-in.or breakin.third times a charm.what a pia.and while jasper covers the motor i hear they pay less for labor than the normal going rate.my marina is covering me regardless.back to the old carver for now.
