4.3 L V6 Mercruiserengine help

Hi everyone. Today I bought a 1989 Sea Ray 200 Cuddy Cabin no engine or out drive (prior engine 4.3 L merc). For parts I have a 1988 Sea Ray Seville with a good running 4.3 L merc. I still have to go ahead and take the engine out and remove and install the outdrive. So my question is what all should I make sure to change(bearings, seals, gaskets, betls etc.) no matter if its good now to make sure I have a good reliable engine. Not to familiar with this engine im sure you guys know of the do’s? Thank you
