No mechanic here, just a nutrition major, so I need help with some boat questions.

How much will a compression test on an I/O cost?

How much does a hull inspection cost?

What are the parameters for making a good decision as to whether or not to purchase a boat, assuming the testing/checking is done?

The boat I am looking at has the bottom paint peeling off. Would you consider that a disaster in the making, or just a bad paint job?

What would top end be for a 231 Sportcraft with a 165hp v-6 be?

(told you I was no mechanic or gear head....lol)

Now if you want to know why your equilibrium falters when you over-consume alcoholic beverages (the metabolic explanation that is) I can talk to you all day....

Thanks guys,

BFG
