surveys are all ways a good idea ! blistering in deed can be a big deal if not attended to properly and promptly if caught in its EARLY stages its a easy repair. A GOOD surveyor will know the difference i don't . surveyors should always be asked for references . There are almost as many bad ones out there as good ones . any time there is a chip or scratch in the jel coat it can lead to blistering and delimitation . so keep them jel coats in good repair!
