Does anyone no of a good place to rebuild penns besides sinding back to the factory? I have some older GTI's I need done and the last time I sent back to the factory i was not really satisfied.

You can try Tuna Tom in Ludington. I have not used him but everyone who asks a question about reel repair gets pointed in his direction. His phone number is 231-843-4557. Hope this helps.

I would give Tuna Tom the thumbs also. I have had a bunch of reels worked on by him and always been more then happy with his work.

I would definitely send it to Tuna Tom vs. the factory. I had a Penn 209 that had the anti-reverse go out on it. Sent it back to the factory and they cleaned and oiled it up real nice, but neglected to fix the problem. Then I sent it to Tom and he fixed it up right.
