Well guys, the boat is down & out until I fix the solonoid, which I just haven't made any time for. So I am jonesin for some fishing. My buddy Cris & I decided to go do a little pier fishing Sat. morning. Thank god for Carhart's, that wind would have went right through, not to mention it was a tad bit nipply out there. We were there before the sun came up and were giving those fish hell with glow cleo's, glow tot's, and only managed to see one fish surface. So we decided to leave by 8:00 a.m. We did have a conversation with a fellow angler who insists that there are fish there, but just not today, when they are in you will know, you will see them swirling the water and surfacing and stuff. Did see a good sized brown, dead floating in the harbor. So will try it again here at some point. Will keep you's guys posted on the details.

On another note, we were starving, and found a place in Brown City called Buds. Boy did buds put on one hell of a breakfast, and it was very reasonably priced.

Encouraging news from my neighbor today off of Sanilac's pier. There are fish in the harbor swirling around early this morning. Claims that the fish seemed to be mostly browns, but still this is encouraging news, as last time we were there the only fish seen was a floater. From the sounds of things they were swirling early and have since moved out. A few boats reported to be trolling the harbor mouth. Thought someone may want to know!

Good Luck...
