Sorry for the late report. First time I've been online in a week! Went out Friday night the holiday. We arrived at the Marina around 3:30 p.m. but the 4 foot waves and east winds kept us waiting until 5:30 when they died down to 3 ft. We drove out to turnaround buoy area and marked fish. Caught 4 small eyes 8 - 12 inch size, couple of silvers and sheep in 2 hours. We moved near sputnik for the last hour where spoonman reported he caught a few a day earlier. We caught six more eyes all 14 - 14 3/4 inches. Each one we thought "Okay here comes one" only to measure and be disappointed! Marked lots and lots near sputnik but just couldn't seem to find the bigger ones! Lake laid down to nothing when we started fishing. Flat. 3 man crew. Tom, my son and his buddy Doug.

Steve,

We marked a lot of fish out there that day as well and caught 2 dinks to 1 keeper. Same thing last night except 20 dinks to 1 keeper. There seemed to be an extreme amount of bait fish in that area. I'm not sure what to do to get them going?
