Sea Cat, quick question - did you mean large pack of boats between Turtle island and the outer light? Sputnick is over 11 miles from Turtle. You could fit a few packs of boats in that area! If you were out by Sputnick that means that the fish are starting the migration and it is time to bust out the spoons!!

As a side note, we were between Turtle and the Outerlight and pulled our 6 man limit by 8:30. Hope to be out again tomorrow to see what we can get into!! Just caught some fresh crawlers to throw on bouncers to see what we can get into.

Probably was the outer light -- someone told me that was Sputnik a few years back.

I did hear a few people talking about running spoons off Jets/Dipsys in the last week.

There must have been 250 boats in the area. Looked like May off Port Clinton.

Yeah, sounds like the outer light, or lighthouse. We fished the same area again today and it took two slides to get our 6 man limit, but still done by 9:00. May try to get out once this week. Will report back if we are able to.
