The cantgetenough crew was reduced to two for the day. My son was supposed to go but had a bout with the flu. His buddy Doug and I went and got a two man Ohio limit in 5 1/2 hours. We originally were going to leave the marina at 7:00. The weather report was for clear skies until Sun. afternoon. Wrong again! It was raining until 10:30 when we left the marina. We drove out and fished in 2 footers for the first hour and got 5 keeper eyes and two throwback dinks on the first trolling pass. The lake then got flat flat and slow. We picked up about 2 per hour from there. We pulled lines just after four. We fished 49 08. The hot spoons were: Kevork circus freak - took the most, lady bug, blue green dolphin and mixed veggies. Moldy Muffin took one early but shut down for the remainder of the day. It got replaced by mixed veg. Trolling speed was 2.2 - 2.3 anything faster took junk fish. The Kevorkian circus freak has no paint left on it and is now just a hammered chrome spoon! It still caught 'em! Fish were from 18" to 24". We started 85 ft. back on the port and 110 ft. on the starboard. We caught most fish on the 110 side. We moved the port side back to 100 and it did a lot better.
