Beautiful morning to be on the water. Had lines set
by daylight, first fish hit around 6am in 50-60 fow on 4 color with dill pickle plug. Second fish came on 10 color same water about 6:30 on NBK, then after my friend Ken chummed for us for about two hours picked up one more in same water on the 4 color rig again. Headed in after that. Not sure where the charters went but they had full coolers back at the fish cleaning station, This was my first time out of Pentwater.
Still better than being at work!

Where did you launch your boat from at Pentwater?

Right before The marina on left side as you are coming into Pentwater from the highway? There's a small boat launch sign on the right hand side of the road then turn left. Are ya heading over for some fishing?

Justtrollin, I headed over to Muskegon early Wed am. Just looked at the harbor webcam...there had to be 60-80 boats right out front at 8:30pm. Guess I'll start fishing right there in front of the pier head, hopefully around 5:30am.
