We decided to launch in the evening in Manistee. Same story as Franfort. Lots of fish in the river and we marked nothing off the shelves. Hundreds of boats. We didn't see any fish caught that evening either on shore or from a boat. We talked to dozens of boaters and no one caught anything. Cold weather had the fish running the rivers and not feeding. We ran everything but lead core and meat but nobody that we talked to was doing any good with that either or on anything. SSW 10 mph winds and 1 - 2 ft. waves.
