In three mornings of fishing (. Fishing was very good straight west of the pierhead over 120' to 200' of water over Labor Day weekend Saturday (15 fish), Sunday(20 fish) and Monday (15 fish) mornings. As you can see from the picture, the catch consisted of a mixed bag of kings, coho, steelhead and lake trout.

The program was consistent each morning with steelhead keying on Yeck fireballs and blue/yellow dolphins in the top 25', lake trout eating caramel dolphins and a variety spindoctors and flies in the mid depths. Kings and coho keyed primarily on spinnies and matching flies in chrome/blue, mountain dew, blue bubble, and chrome/green fished 80' to 125' on riggers, 180' to 250' on divers and 300' and 450' of copper.

The report indicates we caught 15, 20, and 15 on three consecutive days. The picture shows the fish we kept for two days of fishing. If your concern is that we were over our DNR limit, which I can assure you we were not, that should clarify matters.

First of all, no one should question anyone's catch.

Secondly - It does look better when you put up the fish for a couple of days or for a 5 or 6 man crew as opposed to a 3 man crew.

Thirdly - Nice Job! It was a great weekend once it warmed up! The midweek was lousy up north though. We always say "You don't know unless you go!" Great job Guys!
