I have one Kone Zone that Verdict gave me to try. I have tried it a couple times with no success. I walked into the outdoorsmen today and was given a sample pack of 4 to try out. For those of you that have had success with them, what and how are you running them. I would think a spoon back 4-6x the length of the Zone should do it. Maybe a plug? I had a large on beofore and ran a spoon about 4' back with no success.
I now have 1 each size and wondering how others have used them successfully.

Paul - My best success with running the KoneZone is running a spoon that generally matches the flasher (I think I gave you either a dark green or black w/ glow, but cannot remember) about 6' behind the flasher. From my experience, the longer leads seem to produce better. I have no idea why seeing as they KZ does not impart any action on the spoon.

Incidently, the more significant benefit I have observed is an increased number of bites on the setups around the KZ. Even when the KZ set up is not on fire (which tends to be the norm), it does seem to perk up my outdowns when I run it on the chute. We can discuss further this weekend in Ludington.
