The Dreamweaver Hoosier Coho Club Classic was held May 5th and 6th out of Michigan City, Indiana.  The new title sponsor, Dreamwever Lure Company, stepped up big to keep a trail favorite up and going.  The tournament hosted 36 Pro boats and 35 Am boats for a total of 71 competitors.  The usually hot Coho bite was tough to find in shifting weather conditions and water temps and anglers had their work cut out for them to come to the scales with their fish.  Only three limits from all of the 71 competitors were brought to the scales over two days and for many, catches of 4 or 5 fish was the norm. 

The Pro Division was a tight race after Day One with no limits coming in from the Pro side.  Hunter took the early lead with Blue Fairways and King Fisher close on their heels.  Day Two turned the tables as Richard Laaksonen fishing aboard Finweaver was the only Pro to bring a limit catch in for the entire tournament.  His 179.15 point second day gave him a comfortable win with a 30+ point gap.  The Pro Top 5 was:

2. KC-1
3. King Fisher
4. Heat Wave
5. Sea Flea

The Amateur field provided a tight race with the top three finishers being separated by only 10 points in the end,  Way too Bad had a commanding lead after Day 1 with the only 12 fish limit for the entire field.  However the tables turned on the Day One leader as only a 2 fish box was brought to the scales on Day Two giving Salmon Hawk a 1+ point victory.  Nail Bender Too brought in a limit to catapult them to a third place finish.  The Am Top 5 was:

2. Way too Bad
3. Nail Bender Too
4. Tight Line
5. Spend a Buck

The Tournament Trail 333 Championship Series had 37 entries and a fairly tight field as King FIsher pulled out the Port Championship with a 3 fish weight of 37.65 lbs.  333 Top Five was:

2. Manistee Mama
3. Salmon Hawk
4. KC-1
5. Sea Flea
