The My Weather module is pretty easy to configure.? First let's talk about what it uses for the data - it is called METAR and it is?gathered each hour.? Airports, Marine facilities, and many others report METAR data.?

We get to use it for FREE by defining a four character METAR identifier that can be looked up at http://www.nws.noaa.gov/tg/siteloc.shtml

Once you have determined the station ID that you would like to use you must go to the User Details page - see User Menu.? In the User Details page you can place your four character METAR id and also customize the description of the location and?Submit that data.? MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE METAR ID IN ALL CAPS.

NOTE:? Not all METAR stations function - if it doesn't work try another METAR ID.
