This event is a showcase of the fabulous Lake Erie walleye fishery we have here in Michigan and Ohio.  Angler of all levels are invited to fish and socialize.  Scheduled activities on Saturday include a fun fishing contest, socializing and dinner.

Thanks to our local supporters Toledo Beach Marina in LaSalle MI and Matthews Bait and Tackle in Monroe.

Last year we had over 50 anglers from Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Iowa enjoy the weekends activities.  Anglers started showing up on Thursday and many made it out fishing 3 times over the weekend.  Good fishing, good food and good times were shared by all.  For the latest details please read the 2008 EA Walleye Smackdown forum topic.
