The Grady will be fished primarily out of Ludington, Michigan in Lake Michigan.??Ludington is a top port for salmon and trout and offers good action all season.? Whaler's Whaler will be fished out of - let's just leave it at,?anywhere we can get away with.? Living in Michigan we have easy access to Lake Michigan, Huron, and Erie so these will be our primary areas for development.

Development

Let's not forget that we like to catch fish so we will begin by using a blended approach, using both standard tackle in combination with light tackle rigs.? Our light tackle setups?will use any combination of the following :

  • Daiwa SG 47 LC
  • (2) Shimano Baitrunner 3500
  • Ugly Stick 8'6" L and ML
  • Shimano TDR 8' M
  • 10 and 12 lbs. mono
    • Berkley Big Game
    • Andes
  • Divers, snap weights, and downriggers
  • Flasher/dodgers
  • Flies, spoons, and bodybaits
  • Flouro leaders
